Mozart is named after the famous Austrian composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who was known for his love of chocolate. The Mozart Dark Chocolate Cream Liqueur has a rich, dark chocolate flavour with notes of vanilla and a slightly bitter finish. It is made with a base of high-quality chocolate distillate, which is then blended with fresh cream, sugar, and cocoa with some of the cocoa spirit aged to enhance the flavour. This creates a smooth and indulgent taste.
