There’s some delicious upfront acidity from Browns Apple that leads into the yellow tones of Harry Masters, with the Major a supporting role that adds body and depth to the drink. Notes of sautéd apple on the mid palate meld into good bitterness, with some light astringency to help keep the drink quaffable. A very easy drinking cider!
